No refunds will be provided once a ‘Credit’ has been used to generate a quiz.
If a payment is successful but credits are not credited to your account due to a technical glitch, please contact us within 24 hours for a manual top-up or refund.
Any credits top-up while in guest mode or registered user mode are non-refundable.
You may stop using the service at any time, but existing credit balances will not be refunded.
