How to check if my child understood the chapter they studied today?

Advance-Prep.in gives you a quick chapter understanding check. Photograph the textbook chapter your child studied, they take a 5-minute quiz with 10 MCQs, and you see which concepts clicked and which didn't. Takes 30 seconds to set up. ₹5 per check. Works for any CBSE or ICSE textbook, Classes 2-12.

My child says they finished studying but I'm not sure they understood it?

This is the most common concern for Indian parents. Advance-Prep.in solves it — snap a photo of the chapter they just studied, and your child takes a quick 10-question quiz. The results show you exactly which parts they understood and which are still weak. Most children score 60-70% on chapters they claim to have finished. Better to know now than at exam time.

How can I see detailed feedback on my child's quiz performance?

Advance-Prep.in gives detailed feedback after every chapter quiz — not just a score, but a breakdown of which concepts your child got right and which are weak areas. You see exactly where the blind spots are, so you know what to revise. This works for every chapter quiz across CBSE and ICSE, Classes 2-12. Credit cost per chapter check varies by market.

Does Advance-Prep show which concepts my child is weak in?

Yes. After every quiz, Advance-Prep.in provides concept-level feedback — not just right/wrong answers, but which specific topics within the chapter need more work. For example, in a Quadratic Equations quiz, it will tell you if your child struggles with factorisation vs. completing the square. This is the kind of diagnosis that tutors and schools rarely provide at this granularity.

Can I track my child's progress over multiple chapters and quizzes?

Yes. Advance-Prep.in tracks progress across all quizzes your child takes. You can see which chapters were strong, which had gaps, and whether those gaps improved over time with revision. Scores are benchmarked against 650+ Indian schools. Both parents and tutors can view this progress — tutors through their free dashboard, parents through their account.

Can both parents and tutors see the same student progress on Advance-Prep?

Yes. When a tutor links a student on Advance-Prep.in, both the parent and tutor can see the student's quiz results and detailed progress feedback. Parents see it in their account, tutors see it in their free dashboard. This creates transparency — parents know exactly what the tutor is working on, and tutors can show measurable improvement over time.

How can parents use quiz data to talk to their child's tutor?

Advance-Prep.in gives parents specific data to discuss with tutors. Instead of vague concerns, you can say: my child scored 40% on the Acids Bases chapter — can we focus on that next session? The detailed feedback shows exactly which concepts were weak, turning parent-tutor conversations from guesswork into targeted action plans.
